Lifebatt Inc. warrants only to the original purchaser of this battery that it is free of defects in material and workmanship for 1,500 Life Cycles or 3 Years (whichever comes first) non-prorated. Prior to installation or use, the state of charge of this battery has been maintained at a level equal to or greater than the
minimum level considered necessary under industry standards for batteries to perform effectively upon their use or installation.
If adjustment is necessary due to a defect in material or workmanship, or state of charge below minimum industry standards prior to installation or use, and the battery is
not merely discharged after installation or use, then upon return of the battery to an authorized dealer within 3 years, will be replaced free of charge (except for taxes, where
applicable).NOTE: BMS and internal circuit boards are only warranted for 1 Year. In the event of a BMS failure after 1 Year the customer will be charged for replacement circuit boards under authorized LiFeBATT service policies.
This Warranty Does Not Cover: Discharged batteries that can be recharged and returned to service. A battery of a different size than the battery recommended by the manufacturer of the product in which
it is installed. Cost for recharging or use of rental batteries or vehicles. Labor costs for battery removal and installation. Damage due to charging system failure, negligence, abuse,
accident, improper installation, or submerging. Loss of time, inconvenience, loss of vehicle / appliance use, or other incidental or consequential damages.
